With presenter table, chairs, and up to 8 tables: 20 people
Cardholder/nonprofit rate: $0 for maximum three hours, set up not included. If you are a nonprofit using the room for no fee, you will need to arrange for any setup by arriving early or communicating with staff about setup the prior day.
Business rate: $50. If you are a business paying for the room usage, the Library will set up the room for you. Standard configurations for Meeting Room B are featured on the next page.
Hourly fee beyond maximum reservation time: $25
Hourly fee beyond operating hours: $50

This room can be set up with rows of chairs for a total of 30 chairs or around a boardroom style table configuration for up to 20 people.
