Panel: Up to 100 people in chairs plus presenter or panel at table in front

Square: Up to 36 people at 12 tables formed in a square

Classroom: Up to 40 people at 14 tables, 2-3 per table

Vendor: Up to 32 people or 16 vendors at 16 tables plus room for visitors

Banquet: Up to 45 people at 6 round tables, or 50 people at rectangular tables

Cardholder/nonprofit rate: $0 for maximum three hours, setup not included. If you are a nonprofit using the room for no fee, you will need to arrange for any setup by arriving early or communicating with staff about setup the prior day.

Business rate: $50. If you are a business paying for the room usage, the Library will set up the room for you. Standard configurations for Meeting Room A are featured on the next page.

Hourly fee beyond maximum reservation time: $25

Hourly fee beyond operating hours: $50

Equipment

Podium, digital projector, screen, sound system, lapel mic, podium-based mic and hand-held mic. Catering kitchen.
