Adults 21+ are welcome to join us in the Quiet Reading Room for a beverage and a discussion of a speculative fiction book. (Books will be available one month prior at the Circulation Desk.) 

In On Basilisk Station, Honor Herrington is exiled to Basilisk Station in disgrace and set up for ruin by a superior who hates her. Her demoralized crew blames her for the humiliating posting to an out-of-the-way picket station with one over-age light cruiser and an armament that doesn't work to police the star system.
