Join us for a patron-led discussion in the Magazine Lounge. Reservation is not required. Please call to find out this month's title. Book club books are available at the Circulation desk the month prior to the meeting. 

Join our revived book discussion first Thursdays of every month 6-7 PM in the Quiet Reading Room to discuss mysteries, thrillers and true crime books. 

Cook a dish from our book of the month and bring it to our potluck book discussion!

Grab a copy of the book at the Circulation Desk. Register at https://sugargrove.evanced.info/signup or call 630-466-4686. Pick a recipe from the cookbook and bring it to the book discussion. 

Bring your crafting project and join others on the Library's Front Porch if it's nice, in the Quiet Reading Room if it's not. No need to register for drop in crafting.

Adults 21+ are welcome to join us in at Burnt Barrel Social, 799 Heartland in Sugar Grove, for a beverage and a discussion of a fantasy/science fiction/speculative title. (Available one month prior at the Circulation Desk.)

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides tax assistance to anyone, free of charge, with a focus on taxpayers who are over 50 and have low to moderate income. You don't need to be an AARP member to use the service. 

Please register at the Adult and Teen Services Desk for an appointment time with a volunteer tax preparer. You will be given an envelope with a form you should fill out before your appointment. If you are able to complete your tax form during the appointment, the tax preparer must electronically submit the tax form for you.

Leah Richards from 360 Yoga in Plano will lead a 50-minute chair yoga class. She has been a certified yoga instructor since August 2013, Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Illinois since August 2016 and a Reiki Master/Practitioner since November 2013.

Her mission is to make yoga accessible to all different shapes, sizes, and ages. Being plus-size and living with a few medical conditions (Hashimoto’s disease, Narcolepsy, Fibromyalgia, and a severe vitamin D deficiency), she understands and respects everyone’s level of practice is different and offers many different variations of the different poses so everyone is successful in class.
